ROL Fredbergs proudly presents our restaurant design project for Jureskogs in Stockholm. After the first restaurant opening, Johan Jureskog said: "A great success we could never imagine". Jureskogs collaboration with ROL Fredbergs began long before the restaurant started to be built. ROL Fredbergs has been involved from the beginning and has together with partners developed the interior design concept, graphic profile, architectural and kitchen planning, lighting, floors, and walls. When the whole concept was developed, we also realized and delivered the first restaurant. Since then, many more restaurants have been delivered by ROL Fredbergs.

Jureskogs opened in the spring of 2018 and houses in a spacious room furnished with long wooden tables and an open kitchen. Here, the walls are adorned with graffiti paintings while the song lists are filled with happy 80s and 90s hits. The concept is based on sustainability and a nice attitude, but also on efficient logistics. The food is ordered and paid for in a cash register at the entrance and then picked up in the opening to the kitchen when one's number appears on a large screen.

The restaurant is the first in a planned chain with 60 locations in Sweden within ten years. The menu consists of seven different gourmet burgers with accessories, two of which are vegetarian. Opening Jureskogs is a dream come true. Through Jureskogs, I want to go a step further and create a fast-food chain for gourmet citizens with sustainable ingredients of the highest class to the entire Swedish people, says Johan Jureskog in a press release.

ROL Fredbergs Project Manager, Joakim Fredberg, says, “It has been a fun project with a very ambitious project assignment from Johan Jureskog. It was an intense but very fun and creative process to be from idea to realization of the turnkey restaurant. Because we have controlled the process from design, architecture, technical design, production of interior design, construction and installation, we have always had full control and been able to ensure a cost-effective and quality delivery to the customer.”
