In a collaborative project between ICA Sweden and ROL, the Icanders restaurant in Barkaby, Stockholm, has been transformed into a cozy and inviting space, reflecting Swedish food heritage.

ROL Retail Concepts are excited to unveil our latest project to bring the first McCafé store to Alingsås, Sweden! The property has undergone a complete renovation, has been expanded and adapted both internally and externally.

IQOS Gothenburg

We proudly want to present the latest project delivery, an IQOS store in Gothenburg. In cooperation with Philip Morris International we have delivered services to project manage and support the construction and installation work of the store environment, back office, kitchen and stockroom. The cooperation with IQOS has been very positive and we wish IQOS the best at this new store location for IQOS heat-not-burn products.

“We have worked close with No1 Padel to make a clean concept, that fits the straight lines of the premium Fila products. The concept also has the target to moves the products in the front, so all focus gets on the products and the Brand.” Says Mico Olsen, Head of Operations at ROL Retail Concepts.

ROL Retail Concepts are proud to present one of our latest projects that we have undertaken for McDonalds restaurants. This McDonalds restaurant is situated in Haninge, south of Stockholm. The restaurant is now a truly modern and stylish restaurant. ROL Retail Concepts has done a big job in making this refurbishment coming to place.

Maxi ICA Visby

ROL Retail Concepts would like to proudly present our latest delivery to Maxi ICA Visby. The whole store has been refurbished and It features a completely new store concept. ICA has commissioned the design agency BLINK to design the new store concept. This store is so much more than just an ordinary grocery store.

Henrik Stahre, project manager at ROL Retail Concepts, says that it has been a very exciting project and that it is fun to be part of the development phase of a concept that is so innovative but at the same time in a classic style. A café, restaurant, grocery store that meets in one place and combines elements from a classic country store and a modern restaurant.

OKQ8 – Quick To Go

We are revisiting the forecourt store OKQ8 that is next to Landvetter airport in Gothenburg, where the new concept rollout called “Quick To Go” started in 2014. “Since this first store delivery, ROL Retail Concepts have completed about 240 store deliveries to OKQ8 – updating their stores to the Quick To Go concept” – says Maria Sandberg, Project manager at ROL Retail Concepts.

ICA Telefonplan

ROL Retail Concepts is proud to present our latest delivery to ICA Supermarket Telefonplan, more than just an ordinary grocery store. Where the staff dining room of Ericsson was once situated you will now find a new ICA Supermarket. The building is, just like the surrounding area, a cultural monument. This area brings back many memories of the necessary break from work and spontaneous lunch meetings. Now ICA look forward to new experiences, meetings and discoveries, with the food in focus.

McDonald's

ROL Retail Concepts is proud to present the delivery of McDonald's in Västra Frölunda, Sweden. The restaurant is one of the first of its kind in Sweden with McDonalds’ interior concept ‘Natural Integrity’. It has been a very extensive and complex project and the result is a very fresh-looking and top modern restaurant with a focus on giving the customers the best possible experience. The project included refurbishing the roof, expanding the restaurant's dining room, replacing the ceiling, new flooring, replacing all the interiors and installing and expanding the restaurant's Digital signage and ordering system and renovating the kitchen.

Maxi ICA Special

ROL Retail Concepts would like to proudly present our latest delivery to Maxi ICA Stormarknad at Torslanda. Maxi ICA Stormarknad sells so much more than their extensive food offer. ROL Retail Concepts supplies shop fittings for the display of non-food equipment within the Hypermarket.

BP Wateringen

ROL Retail Concepts is proud to present this petrol station, which is one of many in the BP Network. Our colleague Steven Esposti, who supported the project, said “During a period of just over 5 weeks the site was completely renovated. Old inventory removed, major construction work undertaken and re-fitted with new modern materials and equipment. From back office to shop front, the transformation is impressive. This all made possible thanks to one common objective … teamwork. Saying that I mean from all parties involved in the project”.

Filmstaden

ROL Retail Concepts can proudly present our delivery to Filmstaden AB. With over 10 million visitors a year and more than 35 cinemas in Sweden, Filmstaden AB is Sweden's largest player in the cinema business. ROL Retail Concepts and Filmstaden have worked closely together since 2015, and ROL Retail Concepts is responsible for several turnkey projects, including both rebuilds and new cinemas.

Jureskogs

ROL Retail Concepts proudly presents our restaurant design project for Jureskogs in Stockholm. After the first restaurant opening, Johan Jureskog said: "A great success we could never imagined". Jureskogs collaboration with ROL Retail Concepts began long before the restaurant started to be built. ROL Retail Concepts has been involved from the beginning and has together with partners developed the interior design concept, graphic profile, architectural and kitchen planning, lighting, floors, and walls. When the whole concept was developed, we also realized and delivered the first restaurant. Since then, many more restaurants have been delivered by ROL Retail Concepts.

ROL Retail Concepts are proud to present the delivery of our latest turn-key project for Subway restaurants. Subway is a privately owned American franchise brand that primarily sells submarine sandwiches and salads. It is one of the fastest-growing franchises in the world and as of June 2019 had approximately 44,000 locations in more than 100 countries.

ROL Retail Concepts are proud to present our delivery to CRAMO Group, who are building a new depot in Stockholm. CRAMO currently have a network of 300 depots across the Nordic region, Central and Eastern Europe. The CRAMO Group is a leading rental services provider in the construction sector and also supplies into the manufacturing industry, the public sector, and private customers.

Kuster Energy

When Kuster Olie came to us with a brief to develop a future-proof concept for their gas station, our team at ROL Retail Concepts helped Kuster from start to finish. The name "Your Energy Point" was chosen and had to stand for convenience, experience, service, and mobility. The 10,000 square meter site offers many types of fuels, but also a 35-meter long car wash, truck wash, washing boxes and of course a shop.

Q8

Q8 have built two new service stations with ROL Retail Concepts, Kalbygård Skov North and South, located on the new motorway between Aarhus and Silkeborg. The stations are designed by the Norwegian architectural firm Snøhetta and they are built on sustainable principles. The new service stations are architect-designed to fit into the beautiful landscape with the deciduous forest to the north and the hills to the south.

Føtex

The complete store has been refurnished and is now fresh and modern with Føtex’s new store concept. ROL Retail Concepts has delivered in-house services such as Project Management, Construction, Architectural design, Drawings and Installation services. Føtex belong to Salling Group which is Denmark’s biggest retail group with 1500 shops- including a Webshop, Department store, Coffee bars and Restaurants.

Life

Life is one of the Nordic region's leading health retailers with its 345 stores spread across Norway, Sweden and Finland. ROL Retail Concepts supports Life with both establishment of new stores and renovations and rebuilds of existing stores. “It is usually a turnkey delivery of a shop and sometimes also dismantling of a store during a relocation”, says ROL Retail Concepts project manager Katarina Ås.
